Creating safe space for my patients and co-workers based on trauma responsive dentistry has made my work more fulfilling every day. I love what I get to do and am grateful for what my patients and teammates continue to teach me.

I have been licensed as a dental hygienist for 27 years. Before becoming a dental hygienist I worked in human services for 7 years with clients exposed to complex childhood trauma. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration and am Trauma Informed Care Certified. I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Health and Wellness Management. I share these details because I understand how it feels to be where you are and have cultivated skills to help you actually overcome the challenges that threaten to overwhelm you.

Beyond paper certifications, my desire is to help patient-focused, open-hearted professionals to find balance and joy in their work and with their teams. Burnout is not a trending topic. It is an industry in crisis and it is threatening to cripple or end too many careers. I am here to help you claim what you love and build strong teams around aligned values and shared goals.
